Raw nata de coco is a natural product created from the fermentation of coconut water. After fermentation, the product forms a gel-like, soft, and nutritious jelly layer. This is the main ingredient for making desserts or drinks, especially instant coconut jelly.

Storage condition: Storage under proper storage conditions, in cool dry place, at temperatures 20°C – 30°C and keeping the integrity of the package.
